What are the meetings like ?
During the worship service, we love to praise our Lord with upbeat music, supported by our beautiful band.
There is meaningful Bible-based preaching as well as contemplative elements like a time of personal sharing and praying for each other.
Located in a University city with 25% of students, and a significant part of them on international English medium programmes, our congregation underlies natural fluctuation, and we may not be of impressive size. Even more, a family atmosphere and caring for each other is at the heart of our little church.
After the service we invite you to have fellowship with us with snacks and tea. Most probably someone will have cooked or baked something, to make everybody feel at home.
This is a time where you can get to know the others in a family setting.
Jesus Christ is the centre of our lives, because He loved us so and redeemed us by His sacrifice on the cross to bring us back to God His Father.
We long to please Him and know Him better, as we serve Him and each other.
All who are Jesus´own, belong to the one Family, irrespective to our language, culture or denomination.
That is why an atmosphere of caring and supporting each other is very important to us.
About once every few months, we share international meals together.
The church service is mainly in English, but we do also include elements in other languages, if needed. The languages spoken in our congregation are:
English, German, Spanish, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil, French and Serbo-Croatian
We are open to everybody who is looking for the True and Living God.
